People should take care of their hair and eat nutritious foods. Nutritious food helps our hair to become healthy. We become worry when we get the problem of hair fall .So, we have to eat nutritious foods and take care of our hair properly when we face the problem of hair fall.
*You should eat nutritious foods, foods that contain protein and vitamin. Keep vegetable, fruits, fish, meat, egg, milk in your food menu. Foods that contain vitamin-E , are very much essential for hair.
*For healthy hair you have to sleep properly and timely.
*Never provide excessive heat on your hair. Because excessive heat can cause hair damage and your hair can not grow.
*When you follow excessive diets you can have hair fall problem.
*Take rest after working hard. Too much tiredness create hair damage.
