Hold the real bright skin

To hold the brighter skin is not so easy for us. Before going out of home you should use sun skin cream. Take regular exercise. After a busy working day at night and in a holiday , try to take care of your skin. 


Then your skin will be brighter. Make a pack with an egg , a spoon of honey, one spoon of lemon serum,1 spoon of green tea powder , a banana .Mix all these elements and make a pest, then rub it on your face. Keep it on your face for 15-20 minute. Then wash your face with water.

 




Vitamin E and vitamin B exists in the white portion of the egg. This will make your skin brighter. The acidity that exists in lemon serum, will help your skin to be brighter. Banana can also increase the brightness of your skin.

Make your hair strong

When your hair is healthy, then it will grow. Use hair oil at least once in a week to make your hair strong. Emblica is very good for hair to make hair strong.

Remedies for removing spots on skin using natural elements

Take 2 spoon of lemon serum and mix it with rose water. Then mix 2 spoon of sour curd, 1 spoon of tomato serum, a little turmeric. Make it as a pest. Wash your mouth deeply. Take the pest in your hand and rub it on your face. Keep it on your face till it becomes dry. When it becomes dry, take a little olive oil and message it on the pest on your face. Then wash your mouth with cold water. Use the pest 2 in a week for best result.
